Delete your Empatra Studio account

To request deletion of your account and associated data, email the service operator at the address below. You do not need to sign in to the app.

How to send your request

Write from the email address associated with your Empatra Studio account. Use Delete Empatra Studio account as the subject.
State that you request deletion of your account and associated personal data. Do not send your password, API keys or payment details.
Send your email to admin@neuroapi.host. The operator may ask you to verify your identity to protect your account.

Prepare email

The button opens your email app. You send the email yourself; clicking does not automatically delete your account. If no email app is configured, send your request manually to this address.

Data covered by your request

The request concerns your account and associated user content and personal data stored by the service. Local files on your devices remain under your control.

Data that may be retained

Payment and accounting records may be retained for periods required by law. Copies of deleted data in backups are cleared through the backup renewal cycle. See the privacy policy for details of data processing.
